Mentorship and Consultation Programs
The mentorship model exists intentionally in the “in-between” space. It is not supervision and not personal therapy. Instead, it offers a relational, reflective container where sustainability, identity development, and authentic professional exploration can take root. This approach responds to a gap in the field: while client care is prioritized, practitioner care is often under-resourced, leaving clinicians vulnerable to burnout, isolation, and leaving their jobs. This model can also be applied to a variety of additional helping professions including service industry, sports coaching, leadership, and education.

Through consultation Dr. Stevenson helps people and institutions build systems that are not only effective, but deeply human. The work bridges strategy and soul: supporting nonprofits, educational institutions, and community organizations in developing trauma-informed, equity-forward, and sustainable structures.
