Community Empowerment Programs
The Mentorship Hour exists intentionally in the “in-between” space. It is not supervision and not personal therapy. Instead, it offers a relational, reflective container where sustainability, identity development, and authentic professional exploration can take root. This approach responds to a gap in the field: while client care is prioritized, practitioner care is often under-resourced, leaving clinicians vulnerable to burnout, isolation, and leaving their jobs.
The Education Hour is a small-group learning space for mental health professionals who want to deepen their clinical work in a way that feels thoughtful, grounded, and connected. Designed for folks who are looking for more than traditional training, this space invites you to explore theory and understand culturally sound case formulation through reflection, discussion, and community.
