My Approach

Dr. Rebecca Stevenson is a personal coach and consultant focused on mental health education and community care. She is trained in clinical and sport psychology and brings years of experience navigating and working within systems that often struggle to honor and support people’s unique and valid needs.

Her transition into coaching and community-based work grew from recognizing that the paths we’re often expected to follow aren’t always sustainable, affirming, or supportive of who we are. Dr. Stevenson strongly believes we all need spaces where we can slow down, be honest, and figure out what actually works for us.​​

Dr. Stevenson works with individuals, communities, and helping professionals who may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Her work is grounded in the belief that there is not one “right” way to grow, find your way, or build a meaningful life. Her approach creates space for both grounding and imagining possibility and she supports people and communities explore and discover what works for them.
